Please submit a high-quality digital image of your original artwork. This may be a scan or a photograph. The submitted file will be used for judging, so it should accurately represent the original work in colour, detail, and overall appearance.

Submitted files must be no larger than 10 MB and saved in one of the following formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, PDF, or MP4 (for video submissions). Participants may upload up to 3 files per submission, including images or video where relevant.

All images must be clear, high-resolution, properly oriented, and easy to view. Please ensure that the artwork is not blurred, cropped incorrectly, distorted, or photographed at an angle. Shadows, glare, and filters should be avoided.

If you are submitting a scanned image, place the artwork flat on the scanner and save the file in colour. Before uploading, check that the scan is straight, complete, and visually accurate. If the artwork is larger than the scanner, a high-quality photograph may be used instead.

If you are photographing your work, place it on a flat surface or against a wall in a well-lit space. Use natural light where possible, avoid flash, and make sure the camera is positioned directly in front of the artwork. The final image should show the work clearly and without visual distractions.

Video artworks are eligible for submission as standalone entries.

• Format & Size: Files must be in MP4 format and no larger than 100 MB

• Duration: Maximum 60 seconds

• Quality: Videos should be clear, stable, and in focus, with appropriate lighting and sound where relevant

• Content: All works must be original and created by the participant

• Editing: Editing is permitted; however, the work should maintain a clear and coherent concept

• Presentation: Videos must be properly oriented and playable without technical issues

Please save your file using the participant’s name, age, and artwork title for easy identification.

For example: LastName_FirstName_Age_ArtworkTitle.jpg.

All submissions must include a written reflection or artist’s statement of at least 100 words. This will be submitted separately through the entry form and should explain the idea, intention, or creative thinking behind the work.

Please do not include any identifying information within the artwork, including names, country, age, school, or signatures. This is to ensure a fair and anonymous review process. Submissions containing identifiable information may be disqualified.
